Our licensed engineers have designed, built, and commissioned custom engineered-to-order systems for data centers, renewable energy, EV charging, industrial manufacturing, and utilities — all from a single facility in Mount Olive, North Carolina.

Company milestones
Goshen Engineering is founded as Goshen Design & Development, focused on professional engineering, product and equipment design.
While working full time inside industrial manufacturing plants in the electrical equipment business, Jason Stevens built the foundation of Goshen's customer base. Along the way, he gained experience in traction power and overhead electrification, medium voltage electrical equipment, food processing, and automotive.
Transitioned to full-time operations with the company's first turn-key machine design and build job, launching a long-term partnership with Best Machine & Fabrication.
Operated as a one man turn-key industrial automation and system integrator for various industrial manufacturers
Hired the first employee, Edward Aguilar, as a mechanical designer and began formal team expansion.
Purchased 3 acres of property and 6000 square foot building that is now on the site of the Goshen Engineering Manufacturing Plant. Hired 2nd employee, Melissa O'Neal as administrative assistant.
Rockwell Automation Bronze System Integrator status awarded.
Began a longstanding relationship with QT Coporation and EPEC solutions with the establishment our our power distribution equipment product line and services building single section UL891 Switchboards and integrated power skids.
Added 16,000 square feet and overhead gantry crane in first facility expansion to which is where the current switchboard assembly area is located.
Laser cutting and CNC ironworker equipment added to in-house fabrication capabilities allowing us to start mass producing enclosures and switchboard bus bar.
Purchased additional 13.3 acres of land surrounding existing manufacturing facility for expansion purposes
FANUC Robitcs Authorized System Integrator (ASI) designation achieved.
Added 38,000 sqare feet in second facility expansion to include the area that is currently testing, shipping and receiving, inventory warehouse, and fabrication department.
Launched a new modular switchboard product line through partnership with QT corporation.
Added panelbender for bending automation of enclosure build process.
Added 11,000 square feet in 3rd facility expansion to include new offices and powder coat paint production area.
