Initial brainstorming & specification
We can work with your team to come up with a concept to effectively automate your process.
Design
Our team of engineers will provide a full design package including electrical and mechanical models, drawings, or simulations and time studies specific your process requirements.
Build
We will then build your system in our factory with a well trained crew using the latest components and manufacturing technologies.
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
Functional operational verification in our shop for you to witness prior to shipment or installation.
Install
Our field crew of engineers and technicians can demo old equipment, install our new equipment, and integrate new equipment with any existing controls systems or other OEM equipment into your facility's infrastructure.
Commission
One of our Automation Engineers will be on-site to startup and fine-tune your new automation equipment for production and then train your team on how to operate and maintain your new system.
Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
Our engineers will remain on-site at your location during your first production run to verify that your new equipment performs as designed in its real production environment.
Field service and post startup support
Ongoing support, upgrades, and emergency response to keep your automated equpment running for its entire lifespan. We also will provide on-site support for other automated equipment provided by others.
