Our Process

Full-service from concept to support

We support our customers through the entire lifecycle of an automation project from initial project specification, electrical and mechanical design, equipment build, to field installation and commissioning. We also provide field services, troubleshooting, and support after the startup. We are a single accountable partner from the first drawing to the last support call.

STAGE 01

Initial brainstorming & specification

We can work with your team to come up with a concept to effectively automate your process.

STAGE 02

Design

Our team of engineers will provide a full design package including electrical and mechanical models, drawings, or simulations and time studies specific your process requirements.

STAGE 03

Build

We will then build your system in our factory with a well trained crew using the latest components and manufacturing technologies.

STAGE 04

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

Functional operational verification in our shop for you to witness prior to shipment or installation.

STAGE 05

Install

Our field crew of engineers and technicians can demo old equipment, install our new equipment, and integrate new equipment with any existing controls systems or other OEM equipment into your facility's infrastructure.

STAGE 06

Commission

One of our Automation Engineers will be on-site to startup and fine-tune your new automation equipment for production and then train your team on how to operate and maintain your new system.

STAGE 07

Site Acceptance Test (SAT)

Our engineers will remain on-site at your location during your first production run to verify that your new equipment performs as designed in its real production environment.

STAGE 08

Field service and post startup support

Ongoing support, upgrades, and emergency response to keep your automated equpment running for its entire lifespan. We also will provide on-site support for other automated equipment provided by others.
